Description

Romantic or Family getaway, this home has it all. Hot tub, fire pit, and unbelievable sunsets over the beautiful waterway. Relax, swim, play, kayak, etc. There is a privacy fence on 3 sides of the property, large parking area, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment. We provide a swim mat for endless fun. You are welcome to bring your boat or rent our kayaks and visit Sharks tooth island (1/4 mile away) or go spend the day at a beautiful sandbar! There is a separate bunk house that makes the 4th bedroom with a 120" Projector. Kid and Pet Friendly! 3 miles to beaches, 10 miles to Jacksonville, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. Pine Knolls Shores aquarium is 15 miles and Fort Macon is about 10 miles more. The master bedroom boasts one entire wall of windows from where you can see the Intracoastal waterway. Master includes a beautiful little reading/ sitting area to enjoy that morning cup of coffee or relaxing evening tea complete with a coffee bar. Desk can also be used as an office for your daily work. The master bath has a bathtub for those relaxing bubble baths and then tuck yourself into the king size bed. Kitchen is open to the dining area with a table and chairs or if you prefer, have your breakfast at the beautiful bar overlooking the dock and island across the waterway. We provide a pack n play, a high chair, toys and games for the little people. We also have ping pong in the screened in porch. Every room has a smart tv with all of your favorite apps. There is also a cute, relaxing swing in the living room. Laundry room is located in the bunk house, which has its own full bathroom and can be used as an addl bedroom. The floor in the bunkhouse does get some water when it rains really heavy. Once you pull in the driveway off the busy road you feel completely secluded and safe as there is a fence surrounding the property. There is a beautiful dock in the back for your enjoyment. It is a shared dock, as we do store our boats there. If we come by, it'll simply be to take our boat. We will not hang out or intrude. I am available anytime to make sure your stay goes as smoothly as possible. Only a text or phone call away. We provide a smart lock, so you are free to check in anytime after 4pm. This spot is unique as downtown Swansboro is only a 1/4 mile walk. There are old shops and restaurants on the waterfront that you will surely want to visit. If you have a boat or rent our boat (boatsetter - 19ft skiff) you can actually drive it to restaurants in Swansboro, tie the boat to the dock and enjoy a delicious meal. If you pull a boat, getting into the driveway with a trailer can be a little tricky but it can be done. We have pulled our 20ft dually, even a 32ft camper in there. Again, we are only 3 miles from the beautiful Emerald Isle beach, 10 miles from Jacksonville, 13 miles from Camp Lejeune, and 19 miles from Cherry Point. Walmart is only 2 miles away. All of the convenience and all of the perks of waterfront vacation too! Every now and then on a King Tide the water can rise to about an inch on the driveway. You can rent our small carolina skiff through boatsetter or bring your own boat and enjoy the beautiful scenery and sandbars. The washer, dryer and 3rd full bathroom are located in the bath-house. It is a studio apartment with a screened in porch that has recently been completely remodeled. It includes a futon and a twin bed, along with a full size bathroom, a small kitchenette, and a 120" Movie Projector for those rainy days.View More
